Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all iOS applications published by Maximilian Berndt ("we", "our", or "the developer") on the Apple App Store. It explains how each app collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. What information we collect

1.1 Information collected by the app

Data stored locally on your device:
- All content you create or enter within an app (e.g. game records, tracked items, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device only.
- This local data never leaves your device unless you explicitly back it up or export it yourself (e.g. via iCloud or a file export feature).
No account, no login, no personal identifiers:
- Our apps do not require a login or account creation.
- We do not collect or store your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information directly in or from the app.

1.2 Anonymous analytics (TelemetryDeck)

To improve usability and understand how features are used, some of our apps use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service. The following information may be transmitted:

Anonymous application launch events.
Anonymous feature usage events (e.g. when a core action is started or completed).

TelemetryDeck does not store IP addresses, device identifiers traceable to individuals, or cookies. All data is aggregated and anonymised; it cannot reasonably be used to identify you as a specific person. For details, see https://telemetrydeck.com/privacy.

1.3 Crash reporting (Sentry)

Some of our apps use Sentry for crash reporting and error monitoring. When the app crashes or encounters an error, Sentry may transmit:

A stack trace describing what the app was doing at the time of the crash.
Basic device and OS version information (e.g. iOS 18, iPhone).
No personally identifiable information is included in crash reports.
